Here at Casa de Nash, we’ve been trying to make an effort to be healthier. We eat mostly unprocessed foods, lots of veggies and fruits, fewer meats, etc., drink more water, and get more exercise. Gloria has joined the effort as well, as she now leads our evening exercise sessions. Meet Gloria, our live-in trainer.
